Who We Are

365 Acquisitions & Development is a veteran-owned real estate consulting and support firm serving investors, developers, and contractors. We specialize in fiscal support, acquisition guidance, and development assistance designed to close funding gaps, reduce risk, and improve project execution.

Founded in 2025 by retired Marine Officer Cornell (Corey) Sampson, the company was built on disciplined leadership, strategic planning, and a strong commitment to partnership. With more than 27 years of leadership and project management experience, our approach is focused, reliable, and results-driven.

We were created to address a common challenge in the real estate space: limited access to flexible financial support and experienced guidance for small-to-mid-sized projects. By combining local market knowledge, strong community relationships, and veteran-led execution, we help clients move confidently from concept to completion.
